Where do websites come from, mommy?
A "web site" is a combination of files. Simply put, it is a combination of HTML pages, CSS Stylesheets, images, and sometimes flash.
How does it come together?
Step 1 - Planning: You decide what you want your website to look like and what information it will have.
Step 2 - Design: The actual design of the website is born.
Step 3 - Coding: The design is cut up brutally into little pieces, then put back together with CSS coding in HTML pages.
Step 4 - Testing: Our back-together-again humpty is put through a battery of tests to make sure everyone can see him correctly in any browser.
Step 5 - Launch: Send out the invitations to the launch party, cause it's ON!
